History

The development of the Victoria Family Office Group is related to the corporate activity of the founding family over the last three decades. In 1990, Dr Frank Alexander Erhard co-founded a company specialising in mobile communication. Following the sale of company shares, the area of specialisation became financial investments. This led to the founding of Victoria Family Office AG in the year 2000.

In 2001, a company specialising in hedge funds was provided with seed capital for one of the first hedge fund investments permitted on the German market, and corporate shares in the company were acquired. In the private equity investment class, Victoria Family Office AG is involved in two management companies regulated by financial supervision authorities. Since 2010, direct co-investments have also been made, together with the third-largest family office in the world, in one of the associated companies of Victoria Family Office AG.
